Your Role 

We're looking for a Drywall Finishing Specialist to join our skilled remodeling team. If you excel in installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing and take pride in delivering flawless results, this is the perfect opportunity! 

Responsibilities 

• Measure, cut, and install drywall with precision. 
• Perform taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing for a smooth, seamless finish.
• Repair and patch drywall to ensure consistent quality across all projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to guarantee accuracy.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site, following all company safety protocols.

What We're Looking For 

• Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, and repair. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to top-quality craftsmanship.
• Reliable, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various indoor/outdoor conditions. 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What We Offer 

• Competitive Pay: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience & skill level).
• Full-Time Stability: 40-45 hours/week, 8-hour shifts.
