What You'll Do: 

• Diagnose & Repair Plumbing Issues: Handle drain clogs, leaks, water pressure problems, and fixture malfunctions. 
• Install & Upgrade Plumbing Systems: Install new plumbing fixtures, supply lines, drain systems, and re-route outdated plumbing. 
• Ensure Compliance: Follow local building codes and safety regulations in all plumbing installations.
• Customer-Focused Service: Maintain professional and courteous interactions with clients to build trust and satisfaction. 
• Collaborate with Remodeling Teams: Work alongside carpenters, electricians, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Proven Expertise in Residential Plumbing: At least 3 years of hands-on experience preferred. 
• Valid Journeyman Plumber's License or Higher (Master Plumber Preferred).
• Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Skills. 
• Ability to Read & Interpret Blueprints & Technical Drawings. 
• Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills. 
• Physical Readiness: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver plumbing materials and equipment as needed. 
• Reliable & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and efficiently. 

Compensation & Benefits 

• Hourly Pay: $25 - $35 per hour + bonuses and commissions. 
• Company-Provided Vehicle: Fully stocked plumbing van with essential tools.
• Full-Time Position: 40-45 hours per week, stable work schedule.
