As a Crew Leader, you will manage and execute high-end interior remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, smooth site operations, and team efficiency. You'll mentor a helper, coordinate with project managers, and oversee daily job site activities to keep projects on track and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform interior remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and general renovations. 
• Work hands-on with drywall, framing, tile, flooring, trim carpentry, plumbing, and painting. 
• Supervise and mentor a helper, ensuring productivity and skill development.
• Manage daily job site operations to meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site. 
• Troubleshoot job site challenges and find solutions. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential remodeling, with expertise in at least three of the following: 
• Drywall installation & finishing 
• Framing & carpentry 
• Tile setting 
• Flooring installation 
• Basic plumbing 
• Painting & finishing 
• Previous leadership experience Ability to train and lead a small crew.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot job site challenges.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. 
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and material lists. 
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $21-$25 per hour + performance bonuses. 
• $500 Sign-On Bonus: Earn a bonus after 90 days! 
• Full-Time Stability: 40-45 hours per week, steady work. 
• Flexible Schedule: Monday-Friday work schedule, no Sundays, rare Saturdays!
