Rylynn Remodeling is hiring a Residential Remodeling Carpenter to join our team. What You'll Do:

• Perform high-quality carpentry, tile work, and general residential remodeling.
• Work on kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, decks, and full-home renovations.
• Read blueprints and job specifications to ensure precision and craftsmanship.
• Use a variety of tools and materials to complete remodeling projects efficiently.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, following company and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure successful project completion.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in residential remodeling, with expertise in at least three of the following:

• Drywall installation and finishing
• Framing and carpentry
• Tile setting
• Flooring installation
• Basic plumbing
• Painting and finishing:

1. Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
2. A team player with a strong work ethic and reliability.
3. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
4. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What We Offer:
